Daily Bible Reading: Job 7:1 – 8:22 (“What is man, that you make so much of him, and that you set your heart on him?”)

This Week’s Memory Verse:Is not My word like fire, declares the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?” Jeremiah 23:29

Remember These In Prayer:

Jane Fillers is now resting at home after recently being hospitalized in Franklin, Tennessee for a kidney stone attack.  In a few days she will be scheduled for a procedure to break up the stone so it can be passed.

Lena Whitted, mother of Jerry Whitted, is slowly declining in health as she continues under hospice care at Durham-Hensley Health & Rehab in Greene County.  Cheryl asks that we also pray for Jerry, Lena’s only child, as this is placing great stress on him.

Heidi Elliott is scheduled to undergo a heart ablation procedure on March 6.  Pray for all to go well for our sister.

Tom Ellis has been placed on different medications for his heart, and continues to wear the LifeVest.  Say a prayer that these measures will be effective in regulating his heart, and that he will soon feel much better.

Kathy Kidwell is now at NHC Health Care, room 136, as she recovers from surgery last week to repair broken bones in her leg.  She would be happy to have visitors, and would appreciate our prayers for healing.

Carol Melton, former beloved member of Central, will visit with her doctor on March 7 to learn the results of the biopsy of the tumor removed from her abdomen last week.

The family of Wayne Boswell continues to mourn his passing on Tuesday at the age of 87.  Wayne had preached the gospel for many years for congregations in this area.  A graveside service will be held today at 10:45 at the Mountain Home VA National Cemetery.  You may view his obituary by going to this site.

Sunday’s Bulletin can be viewed by clicking here.  Take time to read the latest news and service opportunities from among your Central family.

Honor Flight Breakfast will be in our downstairs fellowship area this Saturday from 8:00 to noon.  Come enjoy a bountiful breakfast and show your honor to men and women from our area who have served in our nation’s armed forces.  Donations will be used to send older veterans to Washington, D.C. to tour the war memorials.

Enemies:  *  “You have enemies?  Good.  That means you’ve stood up for something sometime in your life.”  (Winston Churchill)  Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”  (Matthew 5:11,12)
