Recommended Troubleshooting:

  3. Make sure your volume is up.
  4. If you continue to have issues, please close the application or internet browser completely and restart the application or internet browser.
  5. If you are using an application, try using an internet browser. If you are using an internet browser on your phone or tablet, try using the specific application (Facebook or YouTube).
