September Wednesday Night 2017 - Powerful Evidence For …

“Follow the evidence” is a motto made famous by the popular TV series “CSI”; crime scene investigators seek to solve a crime by closely examining evidence. The concept makes perfect sense.

“Where The Evidence Leads” is the title of a chapter in the late Anthony Flew’s book, “There Is A God”. What could possibly have led this once-leading atheist to admit that the universe is the result of Intelligent Design? Flew honestly looked at the evidence and drew the only reasonable conclusion.

In September of 2017 four guest speakers presented lessons on Wednesday evenings to the Central Church of Christ on the theme of “Powerful Evidence For …” Here you’ll find recordings of each of those lessons. Spend some time looking at the evidence for belief in God, acceptance of the Bible as God’s word, life after death, and Jesus as the Son of God. Share these lessons with others.

Our faith is so much more than wishing something to be true! “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1, NKJV).
