Remember These In Prayer:

Kathy Kidwell, a sister in Christ who resides at Watauga Square Apartments, fell on Friday and broke both bones in her lower leg, just above her ankle.  She was admitted to Johnson City Medical Center, and will undergo surgery sometime today.  Pray for her healing and relief, and that she may soon completely recover.

Amber Lafon is back home after undergoing surgery on Thursday to remove part of her thyroid gland.  She said that the surgeon felt confident it was benign, but a biopsy has been submitted for analysis nonetheless.  She said she is feeling well.

Tom Ellis will see a cardiologist on Tuesday for consultation about his congestive heart failure.  He has been having trouble breathing.

Lucy Hagerty remains at Lakebridge Health Care as she recovers from recent surgery on her leg.  Reports tell us that she is doing some better.  Keep Lucy in your prayers.

Ren Granberry, husband of James Hunt’s twin sister Austa, is back at his home in Alexandria, Louisiana after an accident in which he severed his left thumb and forefinger.  He is in considerable pain.  Austa is being seen by doctors in an attempt to identify the source of severe abdominal pain she has been experiencing.  Our prayers for both of them have been requested.

Jim Bowlin, older brother of Ken Bowlin, is in need of prayers as he suffers from congestive heart failure.  Ken asks that we pray for him.

Claudette Rhea is recovering at home from recent gallbladder surgery.

Heidi Elliott is scheduled to undergo a heart ablation procedure on March 6 at Johnson City Medical Center.

Let The Church Assemble: On the Lord’s Day God calls for His people to come together for worship and for mutual edification.  Make your plans to be with your Central family at 9:15 for Bible study, and for worship at 10:15 and at 6:00.

Awesome Night Skies!!  In this video (only 90 seconds long) you’ll watch the night sky in Aspen, Colorado in time-lapse photography.  In addition to amazing scenes of the stars, you’ll also see the snow-capped Rocky Mountains “light up” with the rising sun.  If you enjoy this work by Aryeh Nirenberg, you may also want to peruse some of his other work at this site.

Words Of God:  *  “Rocks and water, etc., are words of God, and so are men.  We all flow from one fountain Soul.  All are expressions of one Love.”  (John Muir)  *  “He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him.”  (Colossians 1:15,16)
